Bolts cut to remove TV sets from hotel

Three television sets and a telephone were stolen from a motel suite in the 3600 block of Maxton Road after bolts that held the items in place were cut.

The credit card number left by the customer staying in the room was no good and the telephone number left behind was no longer in service. Hotel charges - minus the items taken - were $583.28. The person who rented the room stayed there for a week and had one more day booked when left.
