Six Miami County residents have died from the coronavirus and all of the cases stemmed from one outbreak that began at Koester Pavilion in Troy, according to Miami County Public Health.
In total, four residents of Koester Pavilion and two residents of Springmeade have died.
At Koester Pavilion three men ages 83, 88, and 94 and one 85-year-old woman died of the coronavirus.
In Springmeade an 89-year-old woman and an 85-year-old man died.
Miami County Public Health is reporting the following numbers:
- 46 positive cases total
- 16 hospitalizations
- 6 deaths
