House that catches fire twice within hours may be suspicious

Officials responded twice within eight hours to the same house on fire in Springfield Twp., and both fires may be suspicious.

Fire officials responded to the 1200 block of Titus Road Monday evening shortly after 10 p.m. on the report of a fully engulfed house fire. Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze with about 20,000 gallons of water.

Around 5:30 a.m. today, crews responded to the same house and found flames through the roof. Investigators will determine if the fire Tuesday morning was a rekindle or had been reset.

Crews are still working to put out the fire. No injuries have been reported.

Emergency crews are responding to a house fire in the 1200 block of Titus Road after the blaze rekindled.

Reports indicate flames are showing through the roof.

FIRST REPORT 9/11/17

Crews have responded to a fully-engulfed fire at a home in the 1200 block of Titus Road in Clark Co., according to initial reports.

Dispatchers could not confirm the severity of the fire.

Initial reports say there are propane tanks outside the home.

Two tankers have responded to the scene, a third was requested by mutual aid.

No report of injuries right now. We are working to learn more information.
