The police cruiser had his lights on.
One person from the vehicle was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The accident is still being investigated.

There is an accident involving a Dayton Police cruiser at N. Main Street and W. Fairview Avenue.
Crews were dispatched at 6:15 p.m., and an additional medic was requested.
