Ariel Woodard was ordered to serve four years and three days in prison and pay a restitution of $300,000.
In November, Woodard pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide, aggravated vehicular assault, operating a vehicle under the influence.

Woodard was reportedly driving during a single-vehicle crash that happened on Sept. 26, 2017, on North Bickett Road near the U.S. 42 intersection by Wilberforce University.
Woodard’s car went off the right side of the road and struck a tree, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol Xenia Post.

Passenger Alexandria “Alex” Austin, 21, a Wilberforce sophomore from Wayne, Pa., was killed. Three other college students who were passengers were seriously injured.
It appeared all students were wearing seat belts, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
