MASON -- Tonight's first official rides aboard Mystic Timbers, the new roller coaster at Kings Island, raised $60,000 for the non-profit that bears the name of the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback and his wife.

Andy Dalton took the first ride with the top bidders tonight, who committed cash donations to the Andy & Jordan Dalton Foundation.

The foundation is dedicated to providing life-changing experiences to seriously ill and physically challenged Cincinnati-area children and their families.

Mystic Timbers makes its public debut Saturday when Kings Island opens for the 2017 season.
