As officers began to approach the vehicle, it started slowly backing toward them. Officers were able to get inside and managed to put the vehicle in park before it hit the stopped police cruiser.

Officers put Tucker in a police cruiser and found suspected crack cocaine in the back seat after removing her from the cruiser. They reviewed video footage of the arrest from inside the cruiser they said showed Tucker pulling the substance from her person.
When Tucker was released from the Montgomery County Jail is not clear.
She is to be arraigned July 18, according to the grand jury report.
