Convicted Teenager Gets Life-Lesson From Rock-Throwing Victim

A Columbus man is using his own experience to help a convicted Dayton teenager.

Kendall Bass, 13, admitted to throwing a rock off an overpass in March which struck a 9-year-old girl.

As part of his sentence, the judge ordered for the boy to meet with Rev. Johannes Christian. Four years ago, someone threw a rock off a bridge in Clark County and struck Christian, leaving him blind.

Since the incident, Christian has vowed to help people. Christian also wrote a book about his experience.

At this time, Bass is serving 18 months on probation
