2nd man found in Dayton store after break-in indicted; other man tells police door already open

One of the two men caught inside a convenience store after a break-in told police the door was already open.

That man, 54-year-old William Terrell, is pleading not guilty to felony breaking and entering stemming from the April 26 incident at Convenient Food Mart, 405 Xenia Ave., Dayton.

On Monday, an arrest warrant was issued for Brandon Lee Jackson, who also is now charged with felony breaking and entering for the break-in. Jackson, 32, was indicted and is due for arraignment June 26, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Monday.

Terrell, who remains jailed, was indicted May 21. He has a scheduling hearing set for later this week, online records show.
