The driver of a red Dodge Avenger, identified as 58-year-old Shiela Solomon of Huber Heights, was traveling north on North Hampton Road when she allegedly failed to yield at the New Carlisle Pike intersection, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol's Springfield Post.
Solomon collided with a Dodge Intrepid with two children inside driven by 36-year-old Lisa Anderson of New Carlisle.
Anderson's two children were taken to Dayton Children's Hospital; Anderson and her husband, the children's stepfather, were taken to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton; and Solomon a woman passenger were taken to Soin Medical Center in Beavercreek.
None of the injuries were believed to be serious, and it is believed all six were properly restrained, according to troopers.
