The victim began chasing the suspect, who jumped into another vehicle. The suspect attempted to strike the victim’s vehicle, according to the police report.
When the victim took evasive action to avoid being struck, he hit a tree with his Ford Expedition causing minor damage to the tree.
The suspect fled in the vehicle that was found to be stolen from Cincinnati, said Sgt. Brian Robinson.
Detectives are still investigating.
