Mychael Jenkins is charged with four counts of felonious assault, each with a three-year firearm specification; and having weapons under disability for a prior drug conviction, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Thursday.
Jenkins is accused of shooting and wounding a man and woman on Nov. 12, 2018 on Riverside Drive in Dayton.
He is ordered to appear March 28 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
