Can you ID man who stole more than $500 in items from Kettering Goodwill?

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a man who stole more than $500 in merchandise from a Goodwill store.

Kettering police posted a video on Tuesday to its Facebook page that showed the man circle an aisle several times, placing socks in a shopping cart at Goodwill, 1970 E. Dorothy Lane.

The surveillance video was from two separate incidents at the store involving the same thief, in which police said more than $500 in items were stolen.

Police said the suspect is likely involved in organized retail theft and is not someone in need.

Anyone with information is urged to call Kettering police at 937-296-2555 or email officer Christian Cork at
