Dayton man, 45, accused of child sex crimes now behind bars

A 45-year-old Dayton man wanted on child sex crimes is now behind bars.

Dennis M. McNealy Jr. was booked shortly after noon Monday into the Montgomery County Jail. He is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday, according to jail records.

FIRST REPORT

A 45-year-old Dayton man is accused of child sex crimes.

Dennis M. McNealy Jr. was indicted Thursday for rape of a child younger than 10 and two gross sexual imposition charges by a Montgomery County grand jury. Each charge carries a sexually violent predator specification.

The case was filed against him Nov. 14.

Now, a warrant is out for McNealy’s arrest.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 28, or sooner once he's in custody.
