A complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Dayton alleges McCurry took the DVDs and the "contents of numerous pieces of First Class Mail and Parcels" addressed to other people and companies.
According to the complaint, McCurry "knowingly embezzled, stole, abstracted and removed letters, packages, bags, mails, and any articles and things contained therein." The maximum sentence for someone convicted of this crime is up to five years in prison, according to the complaint.
