FIRST REPORT
A Montgomery County deputy was arrested over the weekend for allegedly operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Deputy Scott Morgan was arrested during a traffic stop over the weekend on US 35, in the area of Woodman Avenue and Smithville Road, Lt. Doug Eck of the Ohio State Highway Patrol Xenia Post confirmed.
Eck said the patrol is pursuing the OVI charge against Morgan in Dayton Municipal Court.
