When he left work, he said he went to another bar, took a friend home, and now here he was, wondering how he was going to get to work the next day without a vehicle.
He probably had more problems than that. He was sweating, smelled of alcohol and urine and his pants were unzipped. Inside his vehicle was garbage, food and a large cup filled with urine in case he had to give a sample.
He was arrested for OVI and failure to control, but back at the station, he registered just a .066 breath test, under the .08 legal limit.
He was released on his own recognizance.
