Drug task force arrests 27 people

The Warren County Drug Task Force, working with other law enforcement agencies in nearby counties, have arrested 27 of 35 people wanted in Warren, Hamilton, Butler, Franklin and Montgomery counties on drug and criminal conspiracy charges.

All suspects have been indicted by the grand jury, who returned secret indictments, according to a press release Friday, Oct. 23, from Commander John Burke of the task force. The majority of the people sought are in Warren County, he said.

Arrested were:

• Jimmy Chancellor, 26 of Dayton, trafficking in drugs.

• Andrew Jaccod, 27, of Cincinnati, aggravated trafficking in drugs and trafficking in drugs.

• Wendell Pierson, 61, of Morrow, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and weapons under disability.

• Barbara Cooper, 54, of Lebanon, trafficking in drugs.

• Bryan Lake, 22, of Lebanon, trafficking in marijuana and possession of drugs.

• Dakota Plummer, 19, of Franklin, two counts of trafficking in marijuana.

• Ryan Key, 30, of Cincinnati, trafficking in marijuana, three counts of possession and criminal tools.

• Elise Price, 22, of Cincinnati, trafficking in marijuana, three counts of possession and criminal tools.

• Jessie Costello, 20, of Morrow, cultivation and possession of marijuana.

• Rusty Kirk, 20, of Lebanon, trafficking in marijuana and criminal tools.

• Daniel Cooper, 45 of Union, trafficking in cocaine.

• Joseph Jordan, 27, of Lebanon, three counts of trafficking drugs, two counts of possession of drugs, two counts of criminal tools and weapons under disability.

• Danny Blanton, 29, of Hamilton, trafficking in drugs

• Sarah Mounts, 25, of Mason, trafficking in drugs

• Steve Bullock, 30, of Maineville, possession of criminal tools, engaging in corrupt activity and three counts of trafficking in marijuana

• Kenneth Cione, 55, of Maineville, engaging in criminal activity and two counts of trafficking in marijuana

• John C. Hall, 27, of Reynoldsburg, trafficking in marijuana and engaging in corrupt activity

• Gina Cason, 50, of Waynesville, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana, permitting drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia

• Roy Cason, 51, of Waynesville, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and permitting drug abuse

• Michael Gilliam, 55, of Goshen, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia

• Kasey Flower, 35, of Cincinnati, trafficking in marijuana

• Brandon Lanfersiek, 26, of Mason, trafficking in heroin

• Dennis McGeorge, 49, of Mason, two counts of trafficking in marijuana and two counts of possession of marijuana

• John Musser, 41, of Waynesville, engaging in corrupt activity and five counts of receiving stolen property

• Michael Ford, 48, engaging in corrupt activity, three counts of receiving stolen property and aggravated trafficking of drugs

• Krista Gambill, 28, of Lebanon, two counts of trafficking in heroin

• Joseph Sutherland, 42, of Clarksville, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and permitting drug abuse

• Jennifer Sutherland, 45, of Clarksville, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and permitting drug abuse

Burke said the indictment and arrest of Dr. John Musser, a chiropractor in Montgomery, is of “special interest.” Musser allegedly was involved with Michael Ford in a criminal enterprise that involved an extensive stolen property operation, with Ford also participating in trafficking in oxycodone.

The drug task force will hold a press conference at 1:30 p.m. to discuss the drug sting
