Flynn, 23, died June 6 of blunt force trauma of his head and neck after he rode his bicycle into traffic while eluding Dayton police.

An online obituary for Flynn said his survivors included his mother Tracy, stepfather James Griffin, Mamaw Laura, brothers Tyler and Noah, sisters Paige and Morgan, various aunts, uncles, cousins and the mother of his child, Jennifer Tate.

Michael Flynn had a warrant for his arrest because he absconded from his intervention in lieu of conviction (ILC) in a fairly low-level felony methamphetamine possession case, according to court records.
