He had been warned by Perry Twp. police earlier in the evening to stay in his hotel room following a domestic violence case in which he was involved. But, he went to the convenience store for something to eat and drink anyway.
Found, he was escorted to a third place to stay for the evening — the Montgomery County jail — on a charge of disorderly conduct.
