Huber Heights man faces arraignment in alleged rape of 14-year-old girl

UPDATE 12/27/18: A 52-year-old Huber Heights man who was charged with the rape of a 14-year-old girl investigators say he knew, is scheduled to be arraigned in court today, according to jail records.

In addition to rape, David Boughter, Jr. is charged with sexual imposition and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

The incident reportedly happened on Dec. 13 at a Huber Heights residence.

Boughter Jr. is scheduled to appear in front of a judge in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

This story will be updated with any new information that emerges from today’s arraignment.
