Paige Millikan pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, according to Montgomery County Common Pleas records.
An obstructing justice charge was dismissed.
Millikan faces nine to 36 months in prison, but is eligible for probation.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled for July 11.
On April 11, Millikan was at Arnold Place apartments during a nine-hour standoff with SWAT, police and Andrew Alcorn, who had been named as a person of interest in an Indiana homicide.

Alcorn shot himself in the head during the standoff and was taken to the hospital for treatment. He was later released and arrested by police.
Millikan was not believed to be connected to the homicide.
