Lebanon man indicted on rape, porn charges involving a minor

A 35-year-old Lebanon man has been indicted on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition, illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented performance or material, endangering children and pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor.

Jimmy Ray Smith Jr. was in the Warren County Jail. He was arrested on March 12 at the police department in Lebanon, according to jail records.

Smith allegedly had sexual contact with a minor and possessed images of a minor in a state of nudity, according to a description included with a list of indictments released on Monday by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

He is scheduled for video arraignment on Wednesday in Warren County Common Pleas Court in Lebanon.
