A 59-year-old man is accused of violating a protection order three times in Miamisburg in about a one-month time span.
Steven M. Elzey is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday following his indictment on Tuesday by a Montgomery County grand jury.
He has been in the Montgomery County Jail since March 19, when he was arrested by Miamisburg police following the third alleged violation of a protection order.
The other two incidents are alleged to have happened Feb. 15 and March 8, according to court documents.
