On Tuesday, Moore was found dead in Highland Avenue just as a shooting was reported.
Moore was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident was reported just after noon.
Selmon was arrest two hours later in the 1200 block of Highland Avenue.

During an interview, he admitted to the shooting, according to a court affidavit.
It is not clear how Selmon and Moore knew each other or what sparked the shooting.
