Man charged in Xenia woman's death

A man has been indicted for the May 2013 murder of 59-year-old Lynn Hamblin at her home on Church Street in Xenia.

Joseph Ramilla, 24, was charged Thursday with aggravated murder, according to Xenia Police Capt. Scott Anger.

Ramilla has been in Greene County Jail since June 21, on charges of receiving stolen property, fraud, theft and tampering with evidence.

Hamblin was found at her East Church Street home on May 31, 2013, after a neighbor called police for a well-being check.

Hamblin lived alone at the house and several animals were found on the property.
