Man jailed after Kwik N Kold robbery in Dayton indicted on weapons charge

One of two men arrested following a January robbery at a Kwik N Kold in Dayton has been indicted on a weapons charge.

Ricky Alan Milby, 40, is charged with having weapons under disability for a prior offense of violence, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Tuesday.

Milby is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.

He remains in the Montgomery County Jail, where he has been held since his Jan. 9 arrest after Dayton police responded to a reported robbery.

According to police, approximately $300 was taken during the robbery at the Linden Avenue Kwik N Kold.
