Man now charged in deadly crash

The driver of a Chevrolet Blazer involved in a deadly crash last March was indicted Wednesday by a Montgomery county grand jury.

Richard Dunlevy, 46, is now charged with 4 counts of aggravated vehicular homicide for the death of Sara Hinders, 61. Dunlevy is also facing one count of OVI.

He did not have a valid driver's license and was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time of the accident according to prosecutors on the case.

The crash occurred in the 2300 block of Alice Street in Dayton. Dunlevy was speeding in an alley when his SUV slammed into Hinder's car, according to police.

Dunlevy is not in custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on the charges in October.
