He did not have a valid driver's license and was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs at the time of the accident according to prosecutors on the case.
The crash occurred in the 2300 block of Alice Street in Dayton. Dunlevy was speeding in an alley when his SUV slammed into Hinder's car, according to police.
Dunlevy is not in custody. He is scheduled to appear in court on the charges in October.
