A man who stepped off an RTA bus Monday afternoon was shot four times with an airsoft gun.
Crews were called around 4:15 p.m. to the 100 block of West Orchard Springs Drive on a report of a shooting, but it turned out to be a toy gun.
Deputies said the victim got off the bus on North Main Street and East Orchard Springs Drive when he was hit by the projectiles. The victim fled west and called for help.
The suspect fled south on North Main Street. He is described as a male between 14 and 18 wearing a black jacket and khaki pants.
The incident remains under investigation.
