Man tries to pre-bag food, make off without paying

As a cover, the suspect took several plastic bags out of his pocket, advertising the store’s name and indicating the items he put inside were already paid for, which they were not on South Smithville Road.

He then filled the bags with with candles, fish and shrimp, anticipating a candle-lit dinner or something. Instead, he faced the harsh lights of the Montgomery County Jail when he was arrested for not paying.
