Police issued a warrant for Mickey Harris and asked that anyone who knows his location call 937-333-COPS or 937-222-STOP.
Harris is 5’11, 160 pounds and has shaved his facial hair off, said police.
He is reportedly known to go between Dayton and Cincinnati.
