Three Warren County men were indicted Monday on charges stemming from a sexual assault of an unconscious 17-year-old girl that led to publication of parts of the assault on Snapchat.
Alexander S. Wood, 18, of Lebanon; and Quentin A. Smith, 18, of South Lebanon are charged with rape, sexual battery, three counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person and illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance.
Dominic J. Cboins, 18, of Lebanon, is charged with rape and sexual battery in the case.
Wood, Smith and Cboins are accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl on April 6 at the Mason Inn.
The victim and her boyfriend had visited the hotel room, according to the investigation, and then the boyfriend left and the girl remained behind.
The girl “became highly intoxicated and passed out,” and Wood, Smith and Cboins then raped her, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said Monday.
Wood and Smith are accused of recording and publishing parts of the assault on Snapchat.
The victim is unconscious in the videos, according to Fornshell.
Cboins, Wood and Smith were free on Monday, pending arraignment on Dec. 6 in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
