The trial for a man accused of killing a 4-year-old boy last September is scheduled to go on trial later this year and could be sentenced to death if convicted as charged.
Cory Eischen, 39, is charged with aggravated murder, two counts of murder, involuntary manslaughter, two counts of endangering children, domestic violence and two counts of felonious assault.

Eischen is accused of killing Jaxxon Baker, 4, who died from multiple trauma to his body following an incident at a home on Rauh Road on Sept. 25.
The 39-year-old will go on trial beginning Oct. 2.
