Mercer County child killing case set for trial

The trial for a man accused of killing a 4-year-old boy last September is scheduled to go on trial later this year and could be sentenced to death if convicted as charged.

Cory Eischen, 39, is charged with aggravated murder, two counts of murder, involuntary manslaughter, two counts of endangering children, domestic violence and two counts of felonious assault.
