A missing jail inmate wanted in Warren County was arrested in Middletown, according to authorities.
Christopher Fraley, 31, “was located in the City of Middletown by Middletown Police Officers. He was transported to the Warren County Jail, where he is currently incarcerated,” Sgt. Brian Hounshell of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release today.
Earlier this week, authorities turned to the public for help in finding Fraley after he allegedly failed to return from a court-ordered work release last Friday.
Fraley was convicted in March on two counts of receiving stolen property in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
On March 26, Fraley’s motion for review of his sentence was denied, court records show.
Now he faces additional charges for a probation violation and escape.
