Pair indicted in New Lebanon residential burglary

Two men are headed to court this month in connection to a May residential burglary in New Lebanon.

Thomas Leroy Raab, 28, and Harley J. Turner-Reese, 23, were indicted Friday on two counts each of aggravated burglary and one count of kidnapping, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

They are accused of burglarizing the Scarborough Court home of a woman in her 60s on May 29 in New Lebanon.

Raab, of Harrison Twp., is ordered to appear for arraignment Oct. 18 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court. He no longer is in custody.

Turner-Reese, of New Lebanon, is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday. He remains held in the Montgomery County Jail.
