TROY - A Piqua man pleaded not guilty Thursday to three felony rape indictments alleging sexual conduct with a minor.

Benjamin W. Burchett, 42, is accused of illegal sexual contact with a person under age 13 between Jan, 1-Dec. 31, 2013.

Bail was set at $50,000 cash, or 10 percent surety, and posted following arraignment in Miami County Common Pleas Court. A pretrial hearing for Burchett is scheduled July 17.
