He was indicted in mid-March in connection to a March 7 robbery and abduction in Kettering. The Kettering Police Department announced Swango’s arrest on the department’s Facebook page.
Swango was released on bond after his indictment, but he missed an April 24 court hearing in Montgomery County Municipal Court. A judge on April 27 revoked his bond, issued a warrant for his arrest and set a $100,000 bond, according to online court records. He is next scheduled to appear Monday in court.
Swango also was wanted on an arrest warrant out of Fairborn, jail records show.
