Police: One person shot in Springfield

Police found the gunshot victim after they responded about 10 p.m. to a shots fired call in the 700 block of West Main Street, he said.

Investigators have been called to the scene.

The victim’s name, age and condition were not available. Police also have not released information about a possible suspect.
