Police did not give exact speeds in the pursuit, but said speeds decreased once the driver entered the City of Middletown.
Officers were not sure why the driver decided lead police on a chase.

FIRST REPORT
A police pursuit that started in Germantown has ended in Middletown with two people reported in custody.
Reports indicate Germantown police initiated a pursuit for a vehicle that didn’t stop for officers on State Route 4 around 2:40 a.m.
The pursuit continued south of State Route 4 into Middletown until the vehicle stopped in an apartment complex in the 100 block of South Clinton Street.
Two people are reported in custody.
