Police use Taser on intoxicated woman in Oakwood

Discovered by University of Dayton police, but on Oakwood property, a female – possibly a student — was found walking around intoxicated and carrying a little drug paraphernalia in the area of Oakwood and Volusia Avenues at 2:09 a.m. on a Sunday between trips to the library and church.

UD police passed her on to Oakwood police who found it difficult to get identity information. They transported her to the Montgomery County jail, where she stepped up her combativeness to the point of having to be tased.
