Police said a get-together at a Fair Street home turned violent after a dispute between some of the people at the party, Sgt. Jeff Flores with the Springfield Police Division previously told the Springfield News-Sun.
Four different guns were used when shots were fired in front of the home and in the street, Springfield Police Chief Stephen Moody has said.
Reyes is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges in a Clark County Common Pleas Court on Thursday afternoon, according to court records.
Thaddeus James Keaton, 18, was shot in the head, and taken to Miami Valley Hospital. He underwent emergency surgery and was recovering, police said.
Police are still looking for two other men they said were involved with the shooting.
Warrants have been issued for Joshua Ragland on an improper discharge of a firearm charge and Joe Gohl on a tampering with evidence charge, according to municipal court records.
