He couldn’t compose himself fast enough as the officer pulled him from the vehicle, noticing his pants were unzipped. There was also a wet spot on the pavement next to the door. It hadn’t been raining.
Inside the vehicle several bottles and cans of various beers were found, some of them not yet open, others already consumed. Apparently drinking in the vehicle was better than in the bar, which didn’t have a place to sleep.
The man was arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication and taken to the Kettering jail.
