Julien Lamar Williams, 20, 1508 Clifton Ave.: Having weapons under disability, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
Lindsay Thomas Cade III, 48, Columbus, Ohio: Receiving stolen property.
Robert Windle, 49: Assault.
Steven Allen Masters, 23, 759 Farlow St.: Failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Kyle Bonaparte, 19, 21 W. Euclid Ave.: Improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
Jacob Mathew Thurnau, 32, 1780 Buck Creek Lane: Domestic violence.
Timothy Allen Adkins, 30, 1527 W. Main St.: Abduction, attempted rape, domestic violence, disrupting public service.
Bill Lee Seagraves, 29: Abduction, aggravated menacing.
Danial Roseman, 34, Xenia, Ohio: Burglary, forgery.
Howard Matthew Isley, 49, 910 S. Limestone St.: Operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs (two counts).
Bobby Lee Alcorn, 29, 2832 Oletha Ave.: Aggravated burglary, burglary, intimidation of a witness.
David Seth Alcorn, 21, 2832 Oletha Ave.: Aggravated burglary, burglary, intimidation of a witness.
