Teen driver in fatal Sugarcreek wreck charged

The driver in a one-vehicle crash that killed three Bellbrook High Schools students who were passengers in November 2012 has been charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, three counts of vehicular manslaughter and failure to control.

Stephen Whitaker, 18, will be prosecuted in Greene County Juvenile Court.
