An 18-year-old woman was sentenced today after pleading guilty to a host of charges, including tampering with evidence and receiving stolen property.

Paige Taylor was sentenced Thursday by Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge Mary Wiseman, to six months in the MonDay Program and intensive probation not to exceed five years.

Taylor must also pay her victim $1,000 and pay court costs. The judge withheld the seven and a half years prison time pending the completion of all court ordered sanctions connected to this case.

Taylor admitted to robbing a Walmart in Butler Twp. last year, as well as stealing a car and being involved in a police chase.

“Your Honor, I just wanted to apologize for my actions. I kind of felt a little chaotic when I went over and did that,” Taylor said prior to sentencing. “I feel really bad for the part that I played.”
