A fugitive from Tennessee is facing charges here after he was indicted Thursday by a Montgomery County grand jury.
Daniel J. Potts, 36, of Crossville, Tenn., is charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer and receiving stolen property, both felonies.
He is due in court Tuesday for his arraignment.
Potts was arrested April 19 by Huber Heights police in the 6900 block of Rip Rap Road and has been held since then in the Montgomery County Jail.
He also faces a misdemeanor criminal damaging charge in connection to an April 16 incident, court records show.
He has a felony warrant for his arrest out of Tennessee.
