According to the report, the intruder broke windows, doors and locks in multiple units, and stole a variety of materials, including countertops, toilets, vanities, carpet, vinyl flooring, doors and furnace components.
Police estimate that the intruder caused a loss of $35,000 in property damage and $24,900 in stolen items.
