Thief uses ladder to access club’s office

A thief used a ladder to gain access to a second-story window at Striver’s Club.

An unknown amount of cash was stolen after the suspect used a tool to pry open a safe as well as two filing cabinets at the club, located in the 700 block of South Center Street, according to a police report.
