Troy purse-snatching suspects caught on I-75 in Tipp City

The purse-snatching was reported around 4:35 p.m. at the store, 1900 W. Main St. in Troy. The car was pulled over about 4:50 p.m. Once police activated their overhead lights, the driver pulled over immediately, Mumford said.

Along the highway, six cruisers from area jurisdictions could be seen with the car.

The pair, who were not yet identified, are facing theft charges and will be booked into the Miami County Jail, Mumford said.
