Two arrested for breaking and entering at tornado-damaged supermarket

Two men are in jail on charges of breaking and entering after being arrested at the address of the tornado-damaged Grocerylane supermarket on Troy Street.

Joshua M. Kolley, 46, and Marvin G. Gibbons, 60, were both arrested Friday at 1451 Troy Street on suspicion of felony breaking and entering, according to Montgomery County Jail records. Gibbons also was arrested on multiple drug- and traffic-related charges, records said.

Scanner traffic indicated that Dayton police went to the damaged store at around 1:50 p.m. Friday and took two people into custody, taking both back to the police station for questioning.
